We require an initial deposit of 50% of the total rent due, payable by MasterCard or Visa, to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance of the rent, including the VI Hotel Tax of 8% is due 45 days prior to your arrival and will automatically be charged to the credit card we have on file at that time. We will notify you, upon receipt of your deposit, of the date that the remaining balance will be posted to your credit card. The cost of any damage incurred during your stay will also be charged to the credit card on file, after notification by us of the intent to do so.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled with less than 45 days notice, no payment is refunded unless the villa can be rebooked for the same timeframe. If the villa is rebooked 80% of the payment will be refunded. If cancelled with more than 45 days notice, 100% of the payment minus the transaction cost will be refunded. We recommend trip insurance in case of cancellation.
