Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rental rates have 3 seasonal ranges-Low at $109/night, Mid at $129/night, and High at $149/night.

* All major holidays and holiday weeks are $139/night (Christmas & New Years $149/night).
* State & local sales taxes will be added to all rental amounts (11%).
* Credit card payments will be accepted via PayPal (4% fee).
* Pool heat is an additional $125 per week, plus tax, or partial week.
* Cleaning fee of $80, plus tax, will be added to all stays less than 7 nights.
* Please check calendar for availability. - A booking fee of $300 is expected immediately after your reservation is secured. This fee is part of the total rent, not an extra charge on top of the rent. The remainder of your rent (minus the booking fee) is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. A security deposit in the amount of $250 will be 'authorized' on your credit card when you register with the management company. Your card will not be charged at this time. The 'authorization' will become void within 30 days assuming that there is no damage to the home or contents. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

We're also pleased to announce that we've recently added brand-new wall-mounted Magnavox 24' combination TV/DVD/VCR units to all 5 bedrooms so everyone in your family can enjoy their favorite program or movie. Front AV inputs allow for video game hook-ups. For you 'websurfers' we've also added 'high speed' wireless Internet service. All you need is your laptop and wireless card for communication with the wireless router. Local phone calls are also free. The luxurious master bedroom will make you feel like you're in the lap of luxury when you sleep between these silky-smooth sheets. Another nice feature is the huge walk-in closet. Both master bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom complete with private shower. All bedrooms have extra sheets, pillows, and comforters. The second master bedroom also has a day-bed/crib stored in the corner. This heavy-duty, movable unit has an upgraded Sealy mattress and mattress pad, as well as 'Princess' sheets for your infant to enjoy.
More recently, we added a 52' Vizio LCD 1080i HDTV and we upgraded to 'Digital' cable. The picture is so beautiful you won't ever want to leave the couch! Another nice upgrade was the addition of a game room. We added a pool table, a ping pong table, an air hockey table, and a foosball table. Now you can enjoy any or all of these amenities while staying at the 'Princess Palace'. Don't forget that there are 2 portable play pens for your use as well as a stroller in case you'd like to walk the neighborhood with your baby. There are also extra towels to use pool-side.
