- * State & local sales taxes will be added to all rental amounts (11%).
* Credit card payments will be accepted via PayPal (4% fee).
* Pool heat is an additional $140/per week, or $20/night, plus tax.
* Cleaning fee of $90, plus tax, will be added to all stays less than 7 nights.
* Please check calendar for availability. - A booking fee of $500 is expected immediately after your reservation is secured. This fee is part of the total rent, not an extra charge on top of the rent. The remainder of your rent (minus the booking fee) is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. A security deposit (personal check) in the amount of $300 is due with your final rental payment. This deposit check will be returned, or shredded with your permission, within 7 days assuming that there is no damage to the home or contents. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
