A $350 deposit is required to reserve your dates. This changes to a damage deposit upon your arrival. It is cashed upon receiving but returned to you within two weeks of your departure, less any damages.
Full payment for rental dates is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Well behaved pets are welcome but we charge $125 per pet, non-refundable.
Rates do not apply to holidays. Holidays are available only as weekly rentals.

Surfside Beach House Details
Galveston: Our home was undamaged by hurricane Ike and we are accepting reservations for travel after mid-to-late October. Galveston is a scenic half hour drive up the coast. There are plenty of attractions for the whole family including Schlitterbahn water park, tons of restaurants, historic tours, Moody Gardens with aquarium, penguins and butterfly exhibit, live theatre, tons of shopping. It's also a port of call for cruise lines.
Lake Jackson: Lake Jackson is the nearest city with a population of about 50,000. Here you will find fine arts theatres, cinemas, a wonderful planetarium and several museums. One museum features the best exhibit of seashells in North America. There is also a public golf course and a sea turtle hatchery.
Other Activities: Galveston is a scenic half hour drive up the coast
