The gardens are private and fully landscaped with front and rear patios, BBQ facilities and a hot tub for stargazing the spectacular New Mexico skies.

Taos is many things to all different kinds of people, but foremost I think, 'a getaway town' from regular living. Famous as an arts colony... it has over 80 art galleries..it has always attracted painters, poets, photographers, writers, sculptors, musicians, immersing themselves in the 'creative dimension' of this Enchanted land. Taos is also blessed with an abundance of natural scenery and outdoor activities, skiing the slopes of Wheeler peak wilderness and ski valley, hiking and biking the Kit Carsen national forest, kayaking and rafting the Rio Grande or exploring the ancient mysteries of the high desert mesas. The town also has an active theatre company and music and art festivals continue year round. The local Tiwa native Indians also have the longest continually inhabited pueblo in the US and the Hispanics have been established here for over 400 years. All in all, a wonderful blend of culture, history and nature.

Location: The casita is located at 12 Wisdom Way which is off the north end of Blueberry Hill road which runs into Hwy 164w The town of Taos is about 6/7 minutes away, the ski area, about 15/20 minutes. There is a local bus service to both locations. Wisdom Way is a very quiet, low density adobe neighbourhood with views to Taos mountain and high desert sunsets. Children and pets are welcome. Ample off road parking. Please give us a call, we can always work out a deal. We accept Visa, Master and Discover cards.
