Living room / Den / Kitchen details: The living room / den areas include big screen cable TV, DVD, high speed internet, wireless access, PC and a great TV/conversation pit. There are decks off the family room, den, master bedroom and guest bedroom. Wifi high speed internet allows laptop use with internet from the dock or decks ! The kitchen has new GE appliances and a full lake view and large new countertop for food prep or eating. Most small kitchen appliances available including toaster, toaster oven, microwave with convection oven, JennAir cooktop, blender, coffeemaker, electric tea kettle. Waterfront: Paddle boat and canoe for use and HobieCat Wave sailboat with special permission. Guests may not bring their own boats (association rule - fines result from violation). By special permission only, certain pets are allowed. This is a great place for large families or family reunions who love the beauty and tranquility of the location - many big areas to gather and converse and enjoy the scenery and great views. Warm friendly neighbors. No lifeguard is on duty. Swim at your own risk. Urgent Care center in shopping center adjacent to community. Hospital approximately 10 miles away on Bell Road.
