This is a beautiful private house, with 3000 sq.ft., located in a nice community. The neighborhood is friendly, family oriented, and very clean. There is access to a clubhouse with the pool and is about 15 minutes from the beach. There are good local schools. Near by is The Boca Raton Town Center Mall (Nordstorm, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdales and Macy's). There are many wonderful restaurants and children's entertainment (Muvico Movie Theater, Boomers, Chuck E.
