- We accept Visa & MasterCard! 5.775% Summit County Lodging Tax will be added to total. The full balance is due at the time of booking to reserve dates. 2 night minimum on weekends and holidays. Single night stay may be available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Call for availability. Reservations are non-refundable for cancellations inside 45 days prior to your stay, unless we can re-book those dates. You have up to 45 days prior to your stay to cancel or change your reservation but you may be subject to a cancellation/change fee. If we are able to re-book all your dates, we will give you any refund due, less the cancellation/change fee.You may reschedule your reservation to a future stay but will still be subject to the cancellation/change fee. In the event that you do re- book for a future stay, and cancel that reservation, then you will forfeit the total. Rates are subject to change at any time.
- 5.775% lodging & sales tax added to total. We accept visa, MasterCard! We can accept personal checks with a minimum 45 days advance. We can not 'hold' dates without a credit card.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm or after. Check-out is 11:00 am. No early check-ins. You can not drop things off at the cabin prior to your check in time. Please do not ask.
'No smoking inside'. No pets.
We do not charge per person but we do limit cabin capacity! We reserve the right to, and will, charge double the rate of your cabin per night of your stay if we find you in violation of cabin capacity or any other policy violation. We reserve the right to refuse service.
