Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $200 security deposit required (refunded after stay)
- Rental rates apply to advance reservations only and are subject to change without notice. A deposit of 50% of the total rental charge is required in order to confirm the reservation. Balance must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival. We accept personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders
- Cancellation Policy: All reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival and must be received in the form of a written letter or fax . Deposits are not refundable for any reason. If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, the entire rental fee is still due and payable. No refunds for early departures. No Exceptions.
