Balance due 14 days prior to arrival
Cancellation: (with full refund) Accepted not less than 14 days prior to arrival--cancellation occurring less than 14 days will result in the loss of the entire amount of your contracted stay.
Deposits make by credit card will incur a cancellation fee of 5% / deposits made by check will have no fee associated with a cancellation.
Exception: Holidays, Monthly Rental, Multiple Unit 30-60 day cancellation
