To make a reservation please call our rental company 'Cool Cabins' and request to reserve 'Cabin Big Bear by the Lake'. For all reservations a $125 charge is added to the FIRST night reservation, this includes a one-time $30 liability waiver (no security deposit needed) and a $95 linens/towels/cleaning fee. 8.5% Hotel Tax not included.
