Yosemite National Park House Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• May-Sept. $300.00 per night up to 4 persons Oct.-April $200.00 up to 4 persons add $25. per person
• $500. cleaning/security deposit required. 6 persons maximum. $500. flat rate for all applicable Holidays. Rates subject to Mariposa County Bedtax. This is a NO SMOKING and NO PETS facility! IF you smoke in or around the rental property or bring a pet you will lose the entire $500. deposit. To reserve the dates you desire to stay a $500. cleaning/security deposit is required. Reservation dates will not be held without the deposit. This deposit provides against any damage you may incur to the rental property and or excessive uncleanness during your stay, and is fully refunded provided there hasn't been anything taken or broken and you have upheld the rental agreement including the clean-up procedure and NO SMOKING/NO PETS policy. SECURITY DEPOSITS WILL BE REUNDED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CHECK-OUT PROVIDED THE ABOVE STATED PROCEDURES ARE UPHELD.
• Balance is due in full 30 days before check-in. If you cancel within 30 days but before 7 days of arrival, we will refund your money minus a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival we charge 100% unless rebooked by another party, then we refund your money minus 10% fee. If you reserve within 7 days of arrival we give a 2 day grace period before we charge after that the above rules apply. If you cancel at any time the security deposit will be refunded in full. Sorry no refunds for occurences beyond our control.
