Butler Cottage is centrally located, just north of downtown & UT campus and right next door to the new Dell Children's Hospital. Two parks (with tennis courts and pool) within walking distance, on the bus route to UT, 5 minutes taxi or drive to downtown. Butler cottage comes with a fully equipped kitchen, high speed wireless, fenced in yard, and tons of personality. It is ideal for corporate rentals, visiting family/friends, UT fans (great access to the stadium), music festivals (SXSW & ACL), or just getting to know Austin.

Austin is located right at the edge of beautiful Texas Hill Country where Texas vineyards, Enchanted Rock, and great antique shopping are within range. We boast mild weather in the winter and Barton Springs and Lake Travis make the Texas heat bearable in the summer.
