Pets are allowed per request, in which case an additional pet security deposit will be required.
Beach towels are provided as courtesy during your stay.
Daily maid service available per request. Fees apply.
A guide will be available to pick you up at the airport and/or show you the area for an additional fee. Please ask us for details. - 50% deposit when booking, 50% 30 days prior to arrival, $500 security deposit via pre-authorization of credit card (no funds are debited).
We accept cash, wire transfers ($15), Paypal (paypal fees apply) and US checks. Credit Cards accepted: 2.62% fee applies for Visa/MasterCard or 3.62% for American Express, DIners Club or Discover.
Cancellations received 30 days or less from the scheduled arrival date will not receive any refund (except for refund of the damage deposit).
Cancellations received more than 30 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.
There are no refunds for cancellations of Christmas, New Year's or Easter periods.
