- Security Deposit of $200 will be returned upon departure and return of key/beach tags and damage free condition of unit.
- At time of booking security deposit is required along with 1/3 of the rental fee. The remaining 2/3 of the rent are due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation fee is $75 plus security deposit for less than 30 days notice. If more than 30 days notice is given then we will refund all your money.
Renters must be 25 yrs of age, proof of age may be required.

Jersey Shore: Please feel free to email any questions about the house or what to do in the area. We have been going to this house since 1977 and would be glad to offer suggestions on what to do in the area depending on your specific interests.
The property is a non -smoking property however there is a deck that winds from the street level around the front for smoking outdoors.
Check in is at 2 pm on Saturday Check out is at 11 am on Saturday
