1. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required when your reservation is booked. The dates are not reserved until the 25% deposit is received.
2. The balance and $250.00 security deposit, are due 30 days prior to check in date. If the booking is cancelled, the $250.00 security deposit will be refunded.
3. After check out, the cottage will be cleaned and inspected. If there are no missing items or damages, your security deposit will be refunded.
4. A Credit Card number is needed on file to book a reservation, in case items are missing or damaged that cost more than $250.00.
