This is a 2 bedroom condominium located in a quiet, secure neighborhood, just minutes away from the heart of San Miguel, in the Los Balcones area. It has a very large living room and dining room, with wonderful views, a gas fireplace and a porch overlooking San Miguel. There is an area attached to the full kitchen that serves as a breakfast area, a den or an additional reading room. This area also has a small outdoor porch for reading or just hanging out, as well. There are two master bedrooms with working gas fireplaces and ceiling fans. One bedroom has an attached bathroom with both shower and tub, and access to the terrace. The second bath has a large walk-in shower. There is a garage with an automatic garage door opener. From the terrace, you can sit and enjoy a view of the lake, the mountains, downtown and the incredible sunsets.
