Temporary membership of the Golf and Country Club is available and the Club charges $200 to transfer the membership. Florida Sales and Tourist Taxes of 11% apply for rentals of less than 6 months. Rentals may be paid by credit or debit card using Paypal. Credit card fee is 4%, debit card is free.
- Rentals may be paid in US$, UK£ or Euros. Until confirmed by the owner, rental rates may change at any time without notice.
