Fully renovated with hardwood floors in all bedrooms and living areas; tiled floors in kitchen and bathroom; comfortably furnished...this is your home away from home. Enjoy an afternoon BBQ on the huge deck with built-in seating; or relax and fish off the deck built into the steps leading to the beach - 100ft of private beach comes with this property. We have a 30ft aluminum dock with 10x10 patio at the end of the dock. This is the ideal location for fishing, boating and all water activities. The area is quiet, without a lot of boat traffic...and a great place to get away from it all. At the end of the day, enjoy the moonlight reflecting over the water and build a camp fire right on the beach. If night life is what you desire, Burlington and Montreal are only 1 hour away.

We are 5 miles away from Alburg Dunes State Park - one of the largest sand beaches in Vermont. The public 18-hole Alburg Golf Club is a 5 minute drive from there. If you are searching for neat finds, the Alburg auction house is open every Saturday from 2pm to closing. Take a short scenic drive to historic North Hero Village for antiquing and fine dining; or drive to Isle la Motte to visit St. Anne's Shrine. The famous Lippizan Stallions perform at Knight State Park located on North Hero all summer long. Drive 1 hour south to Burlington, Vermont and visit sites like: Church Street Marketplace (restaurants and shops), Shelburne Farms Museum (once a Vanderbilt estate), Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Factory, and many other amenities. Drive 1 hour north to Montreal, Quebec and visit sites like: Biodome (indoor eco-system), zoos, fine dining, old historic Montreal, and all other amenities found in large cities. This makes for a great day trip.

Winter Month Activities: SKIING - 1 hour - Jay Peak 1.5 hours - Smuggler's Notch and Stowe 2 hours - Sugar Bush ICE FISHING, SNOW SHOEING AND CROSS COUNTRY SKIING - right outside on the lake (when lake freezes)

Reservations: To confirm your reservation, ,we will require a deposit on the property and a signed rental agreement. The balance of rent is due 30 days before your arrival. We charge a 9% rooms tax on the rent. In addition to these costs, we will require a security deposit on the rental which will be returned to you within 14 days of your departure.

Cancellations: We accept cancellations up to 60 days prior to your arrival. Any cancellations not received within the 60 days will incur a $250 penalty per week reserved.
