Briny Ave., Suite 1612, Pompano Beach, Florida. This Oceanfront, 1 bedroom and one bath fully furnished condo rental can sleep 4 people. It is most suitable for 2 people. The large bedroom has a queen size bed. The suite has recently been newly renovated with ceramic floors, new bathroom and new appliances. The suite is on the 16th floor and it has a great south exposure with lots of sun on the balcony. There is a great balcony view of both the ocean and inter coastal waterway. The building lobby has a 24hr x 7day Security Desk. The complex has indoor parking and a sports complex. Winter rentals are for 1 month stays only A Summer rental is from May1st or June 1st and available only on a 6 month lease.
