Centrally Located: Not far from the condo is Durango's Recreational Center with exceptional workout equipment and several indoor and lap pools for children and adults. The Rec Center also has several indoor water slides. In addition, you can can ski Purgatory at Durango Mountain Resort, raft or kayak the Animas River, or take a sleigh ride through the countryside. Of course, the Durango terminal of the Durango-Silverton Railraod is located just a few blocks away. There is never a lack of things to do in Durango!
Designed with you in mind!: This roomy kitchen has lots of counter space for cooking and quick dining. It has a wine rack and is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans and all appliances for dining or entertaining. A full-sized washer and dryer are located near the kitchen and are provided for your convenience. The dining and living room areas are tastefully decorated complete with a dining table and chairs to seat six. This is combined with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The gas fireplace is located between the dining and living areas giving the rooms a warm and cozy feel. The entertainment center includes a large screen TV, DVD player, cable/DSL, and high-speed wireless. The living and dining areas open onto a beautiful deck with BBQ and patio seating for six which overlooks historic 3rd Avenue. This safe, secure and quiet second story condo offers private, gated underground parking with elevator access to the front door.
A good night's rest: The two bedrooms are furnished with high-quality mattresses designed for a good night's sleep. The master bedroom and bath features a king-sized sleigh bed and flat screen TV. Done in the Arts and Crafts style with plenty of dresser and closet space. Tucked in one corner is a rocker and lamp for late night readings and/or feedings. The Guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed is decorated in Arts and Craft style as well. A second bathroom is located just a few steps away. Additional sleeping accommodations are located in the comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa in the Living Room. The bench in the entry holds additional linens.
