Look forward to a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home with a 50' DECK, located in a pristine neighborhood, 1.5 miles from Town, and 2 miles to 4 different, gorgeous Nantucket beaches. 'Never Better' is situated near conservation property that has an exquisite walk which leads directly to Miacomet beach and Miacomet Pond! A real WOW!!!
If you are coming for a long weekend, a car is NOT necessary. We have the NRTA Shuttle Bus during the extended Summer Season which has a stop within 3 minutes walking distance from the house, as well as taxis. The taxi fare to Town and the beach is approx. $9.-$14.00.
50% deposit required at time of booking. - Before you book a vacation at 'Never Better', we request that you read our reviews so you are fully informed
of all of the benefits that 'Never Better' has to offer....
*For rentals of 7 days or more, there is a $1,500.00 Security Deposit. Security Deposit is returned w/in 7 business days of departure.
*For 3 day rentals, there is a $500.00 Security Deposit. For large parties of more than 4 people, there is a Security Deposit of $1,000.00. All Security Deposits are returned w/in 7 business days of departure.
***Please note that if there is an excessive amount of cleaning, or an excessive amount of LAUNDRY/TOWELS left upon your departure, there will be additional funds taken out of the Security Deposit, over and above $250.00
to cover the additional cleaning/laundry charges.
