Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $350 Security Deposit also required
- $100 per week discount for renting more than one week.
We also own the condo next door, 'Port'. If you rent both, we offer additional discounts on each!
This is a Sunday to Sunday rental - Booking Procedure:
1st half of the rent is due at the time of booking. 2nd half of rent is due 2 months prior to arrival date. $350 security deposit due 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
