Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The stated rates cover all taxes at 11.5%, utilities and cleaning. Pool heated for $80 per week.
- We are pleased to accept bookings from 4 days and upwards. Our rates cover all taxes, cleaning, utility fees and all bedding and towels provided. The use of the phone is free in US and Canada, as are 7meg Broadband both cable and wireless connections. A 15% deposit secures a booking and we would appreciate the balance 6 weeks before a visit.
- Our villa is cleaned and maintained to the very highest standards by our friendly local property management company. They can supply further items you may need for a great vacation.

Bedroom three has two single beds, bedside cabinets and wardrobe plus large flat screen TV with DVD stereo sound system and XBox with 4 handsets.
