Payment Methods:
We prefer payment by check or money order. For International guests, we accept wire transfers. $400 security deposit is required to book a reservation ( will refund after 10 days of checking out). Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Visa and Mastercard are accepted; however, Guests using credit card must charge the entire amount due at time of booking. Authorization form required. Call for more information.
Security deposits and check -in/out times:
Security deposit are Fully-Refundable
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Early check in times are allowed with prior approval and only when the property has been cleaned and ready for occupancy. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. Exceptions require prior approval.

Phones: You can make as many local calls as you wish. All calls placed on the Big Island are considered local calls. Long distance calls will only permit in the United State of America. International call will not accepted unless if used a calling card.
non -Smoking: All vacation rentals are non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted inside. Outside smoking is permitted at 20' away from the house ( Hawaii state law ) but please do not litter. Pets are not allow.
Supply: Confirmed guests will receive a detailed list of property amenities prior to arrival. Generally, we supply all towels, quality linens, pillows, blankets, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, TVs, VCRs, DVD, games and movies for kids, books, cable T.V.
