- Must call for all holiday rates.. Holiday rates start at $450+ per night with 2 nights
- Rates subject to change upon Holiday dates requested by renter. $600 security deposit required, all cleaning fees are in addition to the security deposit. Check, PayPal or Money order only! 100% of rental agreements is due 30 days prior to arrival, (50% must arrive within 2 weeks of contract signing). Please note this is a Non-Smoking No pets allowed property!! Thank you.
