Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

$1800 /week Off-season - There is a Required security deposit and Required cleaning fee. For a two week or more rental period; $35 per week will be added to the quoted cleaning fee. Security is refundable minus the cleaning fee and any damages.
Once you would like to reserve the house, it is half down now and the other half is due one month before you arrive.
