This property offers incredible privacy all within an easy walk to the nearby beach. Great bird watching from the deck or at the beach, gentle breezes day and night and loads of stars on clear nights, without the lights of the city. The beach is perfect for small children as it is very shallow and the change in tide offers loads of variety for beach combing. Beach walkers will enjoy the walk all the way to a distant light house. The public beach is groomed and guarded... nearby secluded beach offers a deep hole for great swimming and a channel for floating on the changing tide.
The 3 levels of the house make it possible for everyone to have some space. Private parking for 2+ cars as well as a garage (in case of rain). The phone has call-waiting and call messaging service, as well as unlimited long distance (included).
