Green Valley Condo Details
Area Attractions: Area attractions include Astronomy (2 Observatories), Nature (Madera Canyon, Kartchner State Park), Aviation and Space Museums, Art Galleries, Gambling, Baseball Spring Training, and many Historical Sites.
Cancellation Policy: 31 day cancellation notice required for full refund minus $100 cancellation fee. If less than 31 day cancellation notice is given, we will attempt to rent the condo. If we are able to rent it for the the time period you reserved, you will receive a full refund minus the $100 cancellation fee. However, if we are unable to rent it for the time you reserved, the deposit will be retained by the owner.
Deposits: A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Golf: Condo overlooks 18th green on Canoa Ranch Golf Course. This desert style course opened for play in 2003, and features dramatic elevation changes, strategic bunkering and spectacular views from every hole. In addition to the Canoa Ranch Golf club located at the Resort, there are also many other golf courses located within minutes from the Canoa Ranch Condos. We can arrange for tee times weeks or months in advance at these golf courses when you make your condo reservation with us.
