The prices listed above are based on significant discounts off standard rates published by ResortQuestNWFL, the area leading vacation rental organization. As noted, the listed prices do not include applicable Local Taxes.
Reservations are normally booked by the owner, with the Owners' Relations Department of ResortQuestNWFL. The information they require includes: the name, address and telephone number of the guest/client, the age of their children, as well as the number and expiration date of the Credit Card of the Client/Guest which will be used to charge the rental tour.
Once that information is provided, ResortQuestNWFL can charge the initial payment (15% of the Total Cost) to the credit card, and issue the Confirmation Number. The remaining balance (85% of the Total Cost) is due upon arrival at the Resort front desk to check-in, and payable before departure. -
