Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates are based on maximum occupancy of 10. If occupancy will exceed 10, additional rates will apply, i.e.,
$10/night or $50/week per person.
Example: 12 occupants for one week would total $1500 (2 x $50 additional)
Note: All previous renters are offered a $100 discount per week, plus additional savings for extra nights. - 50% Deposit is required to secure the reservation. Balance in full is required no less than 30 days prior to occupancy.
