Fairplay House Details
The lower level features a large family/media room with flat panel TV with satellite and DVD player. A video library and many games are provided for your entertainment! Also in this room is a bar with mini fridge to keep your snacks and cold beverages close by. The 3rd bedroom is also on the lower level and offers two sets of log bunk beds with very comfortable mattresses. There is a second bathroom with a tub/shower. The full size washer/dryer is located in the laundry room on the lower level.
Come experience the beautiful views from the wrap-around deck. Prepare your dinner on the gas-grill while you take in the fresh mountain air. Discover all the area has to offer: World class fishing and mountain biking, close proximity to 14,000 foot peaks for climbing, snowshoeing/cross country skiing, snowmobiling, hiking; all short drive to Breckenridge and all summit county has to offer.
The brand new fairplay recreation center is a short drive and offers work-out facilities and a zero-entry feature pool that is sure to entertain the kiddies. Ask about our additional services for scrap-booking retreats. Brand New Hot Tub!
