Playa Herradura Condo Summary

Our exclusive, spacious, Colina garden-floor condo is over 2000 square feet. It overlooks Herradura Bay from either of the two patios, living room and bedroom areas. It is less than a 100 yard walk to the Marriott Hotel with Casino, Private Beach Club and Golf Pro Shop. There are two pools & jacuzzis and a completely equipped gym on the property. Another huge pool & jacuzzi at our Private Beach Club This Non-Smoking condo is luxurious with a colonial Spanish architectural touch. The completely equipped kitchen has a bar adjoining the dining room and a sunken living room opens onto a covered porch, with private manicured lawn to sunbathe. The master bedroom also leads out to a covered porch with manicured garden. Walk to the restaurants at the Marriott Hotel or the Marina or order food delivered directly to our condo. Enjoy the peaceful ambiance and unparalleled security for which the Los Suenos Resort is famous. Tours and World Record Sport-fishing are easily arranged.
