Cleaning time over two hours will be deducted from security deposit at $60 per hour Cleaning fee allows you extra time on your vacation. The cleaners will vacuum and wash floors, clean the fridge, do the laundry, wash the toilet and shower, clean the gas grill as well as other tasks. Please do what you can to help speed up the process, but do enjoy your last day at the beach. Cigarette butt removal or smoking in the property automatically forfeits the security deposit. You may hire the cleaners during your stay at your own cost.
