2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Islamorada Oceanfront Condo : This bright, comfortable and relaxing 5th floor end unit has full panoramic ocean views and 1,200 sq. ft. of living space and a 6 ft. x 28 ft. balcony. It is located in the Upper Florida Keys in lovely Islamorada. There are ocean views as well as access to the private oceanfront balcony from both bedrooms and the living/dining room. Everything you need is here as well as an oceanfront heated pool with Tiki huts with tables and chaise lounge chairs and an oceanfront tennis court. Private beach with tiki huts and grills too. There is also a very casual ocean view community room with a ping pong table. You are just minutes from World Wide Sportsman, Founders Park, Harry Harris Park and many waterfront restaurants. Just one hour from Everglades National Park. There is a lobby, two elevators, off street private parking, coin op laundry and High speed wireless internet service, Unlimited Phone Service, and three cable TVs. The twin beds in second bedroom easily converts to a King!

Amenities: The full kitchen includes, refrigerator, stove, oven, blender, coffee maker and microwave and all cutlery, cooking utensils and serve-ware. There is breakfast bar with 2 stools as well as dining table for four. The living room has a newer queen size sofa sleeper, cable TV, stereo, and DVD player. There are alarm clocks in both bedrooms (one of which is CD player also). All linens and beach towels are included as well as pool noodles, ping pong paddles, tennis rackets, portable beach chairs and cooler bag and freeze packs.

What to Do?: Islamorada, known as the 'Fishing Capital of the World' offers fishing (both deep water and back country) as well as snorkeling/scuba charters. You will be amazed at all the sea life you will see. Islamorada also offers some of the finest restaurants in all the Keys, many waterfront, with stunning sunsets and fun cocktail hours, many with live music. Feel as if you are in a tropical paradise without having to leave American soil! We highly recommend renting a kayak (we can recommend excellent place that delivers to your door) and tour the crystal clear ocean waters outside your condo. The condo is close to restaurants, cinema, shopping, grocery store and hospital and area attractions such as Theatre of the Sea, Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, Founders Park, and the new History of Dive Museum and many beautiful county or state owned parks with absolutely lovely beaches. Everglades National Park is only a 1 hour drive away.
