Isle of Palms House Summary
Cozy beach house is located on Isle of Palms, in Charleston, SC. It is approx. 3 minute walk to one of the southern states most beautiful beaches. It is close to the Marina on 41st Ave., where boating, kayaking, jet-skiing, para-sailing & fishing licenses can be obtained. Each of the 3 bedrooms contain king size beds, while the den has a sofa bed. The sun-room has a sofa bed, a bunk bed and a baby crib. The home can sleep 8-10 comfortably. The kitchen has recently been remodeled in all white, while the rest of the home decor reflects a floral/tropical theme. Garden lovers will appreciate the lush tropical landscaping. There is a 2 car garage which houses an electric golf cart for quick beach access (has a rules sheet & must sign release of liability )The owners try to keep a couple of beach chairs, bikes, floats, coolers in the garage for renters to use. The private heated pool allows year round swimming.
