Secure community with guard. Safe for children, biking, walking. Dogs OK with prior approval. This is a unique round two-story home with skylight in living room and year-round comfort. Over 100 outlet stores are a 10 minute drive away, as are two fine beaches. Additional photos of exterior, large (16 by 26) deck, and interior rooms upon request. Community is Angola by the Bay. The interior of the house is accessible for those with mobility problems; however, the main living level is on the second floor and is accessible either through exterior steps (one flight up) or interior spiral staircase. Dogs are permitted but must be fully housebroken and non-destructive. There is a $250 deposit (refundable, if no damage). All major credit cards are accepted. If you use owner's linens/towels, they must be washed and dried before departure (W/D on site).
