Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day weeks are extra $100.
- All major credit cards accepted. A 50 percent deposit of rental fee required to hold dates.
- Peak: $900 wk and $500 weekend
Off-Peak: $700 wk and $400 weekend.
$250 security deposit on all rentals.
Weeks/weekends begin on Fridays.
