Our luxury vacation home is located in a friendly neighborhood just a short 1/2 block walk to a no traffic beach. Imagine sitting relaxing in the screen enclosed hot tub after a day at the beach, races or biking activities, or enjoying outdoor entertaining in the private fully fenced backyard. This newly renovated house has a BBQ, table, chairs, and umbrella in backyard to help you enjoy our wonderful central Florida weather. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms are fully appointed to make your stay truly memorable. Bedrooms: 1 king, 1 queen, 1 queen sofa-bed. Each bedroom is also equipped with cable TV and a ceiling fan. We provide everything from a washer and dryer conveniently located inside an oversized two car garage to cable TV(s); linens and towels to hair dryer; coffee-maker and pots/pans to silverware; even a stereo system with i-pod dock, a DVD player, and even a vase with flowers.

We are just steps away from no traffic beach and a few miles north of famed Daytona Beach which does allow you to drive on the beach itself. You are 10 minutes from Daytona International Airport and 60 minutes from Orlando International Airport. You would be 7 or 8 min. from the worlds largest Harley dealership at the corner of I-95 and US1. Daytona International Speedway and Daytona mall are only 10 min. away. Orlando, which is the home of Disney World and assorted theme parks and water parks is 60 min. away. Tour Kennedy Space
Center which is 50 min. away. The Canaveral National Seashore is approx. 25 min. away. The oldest city in America, St. Agustine, and the World Golf Hall of Fame is a short drive of 40min. Great dining surrounds us in all directions only minutes away.
