Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- A $250 deposit required to hold date (if booking more than 1month a $500 deposit is required), the $250 becomes your security deposit, which is refunded one week after departure less any damage charges. A refund is given with a 4 month notice. Balance is due 2 months before rental date. Cleaning service comes in after departure.
