Our Approach

When you stay at a Sandy Retreat, we have prepared everything for you. On your arrival you will be welcomed with a vase of fresh flowers and a basket of fruit. If you would like champagne chilling in the fridge and your favorite music playing, we can arrange that too! The beds are made up with luxury linens, the bathrooms have soft fluffy towels, and soap and we even have beach towels for you to take to the beach or use by the pool. Our Florida vacation rental properties have private pools and BBQs. We have well-equipped kitchens for those of you who like to eat in, and dining suggestions for those who like to dine out. If you don’t want to clean while you are here, we can provide you maid service during your stay and when you leave we will have a maid restore the home to how it was when you arrived. We welcome well behaved adults, children and pets.

Beaches

Barefoot Beach state preserve, this is a long unspoiled beach perfect for nature lovers and walkers, you can walk all the way to Wiggins Pass. Turtles nest on Barefoot beach and the birds fish next to you. To get to barefoot beach take Bonita Beach Road west and turn left at the traffic lights for Barefoot Beach. You will pass a gate house, drive down the boulevard for a few hundred yards until you reach the end, there will be an entry to the preserve and you will PAY $4 to park for the day.

Golfing

The Naples and Bonita Springs area offers World Class Golf! While Visiting SW Florida take time to Golf where the PRO’S Golf. This area has so many courses to choose from, that we offer a link below. There is also a wonderful golf guide in the green section of The Embark Yellow Pages. Each home has one when you arrive. I have found the rates will vary from summer to winter so ask for a good rate! Naples and Bonita Springs have earned a reputation of having some of the most sought after public and private courses in the world. The area is affluent and greens fees are the most expensive in the state. Tee times must be booked ahead in season, as last minute availabilities can be difficult for three or more players. Many courses only allow the public to book 3-10 days in advance. Expect great golf courses, higher prices and limited availability in winter.

Fishing

Create a memory for a lifetime! Take the kids on one of the affordable charters SW Florida has to offer. Spend a day relaxed, fishing some of the best areas in the Gulf. You have never lived until you have fought a ferocious Tarpon until your arms are sore, or tasted the exquisite texture of a freshly caught Snook. Enjoy the exotic ecosystem of the Red Mangrove, from the brackish water to the intricate waterways. You will delight in the many fish found locally here. Don’t be surprised if everyone on the boat catches a different kind of fish!
