Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $100.00 refundable damage deposit
- PAYMENT PROCEDURE:
Half of the total rent will be due up front, along with a signed rental agreement, in order to reserve the dates. The second half, plus the $100 refundable damage deposit, will be due two weeks before arrival. - CREDIT CARDS:
Guest are welcome to pay via credit card, however a $10 processing fee will be added to the total.
