Tahoe Keys House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Summer & Winter Rates: $299/night, 2 night minimum.
Weekly off-season rate special $1,500 excluding holidays. Specials include 10% tax and $150 cleaning.
Off Season Rates: Apr 28-May 23/Oct 01-Nov 20 Fri & Sat $250/night.
Weekly and monthly bookings available. Presidents Day, Columbus, Veterans, Memorial, Labor, MLK, $350, three night min. + tax + cleaning. All holidays $350-500/night, 3 night minimum, no specials. Thanksgiving $399, 4 night minimum. July 4 week, $3,500 all in for seven nights. Christmas and New Year's Weeks $499/night, five night minimum + $150 cleaning charge +10% occupancy tax. Pets, if accepted, are $35 per night, per pet, subject to approval. Refundable $500 security deposit. Signed contract with non-refundable payment to reserve dates.
Boat dock rental for one boat $1,800 for 2009 season.

Now booking 2008 Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Year's Holidays!! Also, 4th of July week 2009. Monthly specials for Fall and Winter 2009 available. Check our calendar for availability. This relaxing quiet waterfront home with boat dock, has beautiful waterway and mountain views. The upper living quarters include a large living room with two leather sofas, pine open beam ceilings and stone wood-burning fireplace opening to seasonal sunny deck with gas BBQ grill, table and umbrella, overlooking the water and Mt. Tallac views. Also upstairs is the fully equipped kitchen with double oven (convection and baking ovens) and dining area with water views, as well as laundry, full bath, and overlarge master bedroom featuring one queen size, one full size, and two twins (bunk beds) with views of Heavenly Mountain.
Downstairs is the second full bath, second bedroom with one full bed and third bedroom with gorgeous water and mountain views featuring one queen bed, decorative (non-working) stove, and doorway to downstairs deck leading to boat dock (room for you to bring one boat, with advanced notice) and waterway (locked in winter season). Off-street parking for two cars in driveway with adjacent covered walkway to the front door. The over 2200 square feet home is located on a quiet street with full access to all Tahoe Keys amenities (which include: Boat launch, indoor Olympic pool, two outdoor hot tubs, seasonal outdoor summer pool overlooking tranquil Lake Tahoe, private beach, boat rentals, pier, tennis courts, putting green, basketball courts, biking and hiking trails, restaurant and bar (a daily user fee required with copy of rental agreement for some amenity access).
