Detached 2-storey cottage with 3 full size bedrooms upstairs. Bed1 is a double with en-suite shower-room. Bed2 can be changed between 2 single beds and a double. Bed3 has 2 single beds. Upstairs family bathroom and downstairs WC. Living room has couches/armchairs for 6 (incl sofabed), dining for 8, fully equipped kitchen and outside deck with seating. The estate provides a peaceful and secluded environment with an extensive range of wildlife, including a protected area for rare birds during winter months. As well as the pool/sauna/tennis/playground/cricket nets on the estate, within walking distance are a full range of family and adventure activities at the Keynes Country Park (watersports, volleyball/basketball, boat & cycle hire, BBQ and play areas etc) and the village pub/restaurant.

Historic Cirencester (the Roman Corinium) is 5 miles away with excellent connections to Bath, Cheltenham, across the Cotswolds to Oxford and via major roads to London.

Availability: Please get in touch even if the dates you are looking for are showing unavailable - it may be possible to rearrange owner-usage. Preferred start/finish days are Friday or Monday however others are possible.

Weekends / short breaks: 3 night weekend stays and 4 night mid-week stays are at 70% of the advertised week rate. Stays crossing 2 charging rates will be at a blended rate.

Discounts: The cottage is provided with full service from a professional holiday lettings company, so it is ready for your use as soon as you arrive. If you would like to save the cost of linen and towels by bringing your own, a discount can be arranged
