To reserve your date a completed contract which we will forward via email and a security deposit of 800.00 is required within 14 days of reservation. Full payment and taxes are due 60 days prior to your occupancy date. Rental payment and taxes can be charged via credit card (Visa or Master Card), credit card form will be supplied on request and must be faxed to our office 30 days prior to rental date.
Reservation Cancellation Policy:
If a cancellation occurs within 60 days of the booking, the security deposit will not be refunded. However, if we can rebook the property for the advertised price your entire security deposit is refunded

- The master bedroom contains a king bed and a portables crib for babies. The junior master has a queen bed. The twin room, and trudal in the tower. The mattresses are regular twin mattresses, not 'bunkies', so they are perfectly comfortable for adults. All bedrooms have top quality mattresses, down pillows, high thread count sheets, and down comforters or down blankets. All bedrooms have cable televisions and VCRs and DVD players.

This cottage is built with all the amenities you would want but most importantly the short walk to the beach. Absolute Paradise is truly a top vacation spot on the gulf coast with it's great location: just down the street from Seaside, by Santa Rosa golf course as well as 15 minutes from the heart of Destin which offers an abundace of shopping, golfing, fishing and restaruants.
