Check Ins: Check in time is 3:00 P.M. or later. Your personalized check-in instructions will be provided with confirmation letter. Early check in/out may be available with advance notice.
Check Outs: 10:00 A.M. or earlier.
Deposits
$150.00 refundable security deposit, $50.00 non-refundable cleaning fee and 50% of the total rental fee are due within seven (7) days of booking. The remaining 50% is due 15 days prior to arrival date. $150.00 security deposit is fully refundable upon satisfactory check-out. All security deposits will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure date.
Refunds
Cancellations made prior to 60 days before arrival date will receive a full refund less a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival date will receive a 50% refund if the unit is not re-booked. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date will receive no refund if unit is not re-booked.
