The home has been re-modeled in 2006 and boasts a designer gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops. High-speed Internet access is provided with a wireless hub and includes a desktop computer and printer on-site. The upstairs Living Room / Dining area and hallway have beautiful wood floors, with new carpeting in the bedrooms. The Master has a King size bed with a private Bathroom. There is a Queen in the second Master and both Master Bedrooms have French doors that open out onto the upstairs large rear balcony overlooking the pool & backyard. The third upstairs bedroom is also quite spacious and has extra large - thick mattress bunk beds and an Infant Bed that could sleep 3 to 4 children.

The second upstairs bathroom is shared off the hallway. The fourth Bedroom is located downstairs and includes a large Queen-sized sofa pull-out bed and another set of regular bunk beds. This bedroom has a private Bathroom as well. Basically, the fourth bedroom alone could accommodate a complete family. The downstairs area includes a Laundry Room, Office / Computer Work Center, Game Room (with a pool table, air hockey table, Foosball table, electronic dart board), a 50 inch Plasma TV with surround sound stereo, a fireplace, numerous board games, and more. This is a great place for the kids to hang out, as well as for the whole family to enjoy. Outdoor activities include a private 'heated' pool (solar). A master BBQ grilling area that is 15' in length (yes - 15 feet long) and includes a large grill, double side burners, a small refrigerator, hot & cold sink, etc. There is also a large side by side refrigerator and ice maker located downstairs.

There are eleven bicycles provided for riding around the island, there is fishing gear, crocket for the backyard, a large hammock, skim boards, boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, a hot & cold outdoor shower, and much more. This home offers everything for that well deserved relaxing vacation in an 'executive' luxurious lifestyle unmatched on the island. The beautiful island of Anna Maria has seven miles of idyllic beach with an array of shells and sand dollars, fringed with tropical landscape. One of the most magical times of day is the breath taking sunset, where locals, friends and family gather on the beach to say goodnight to the sun. There are three cities on the small island all with their own unique charm: Anna Maria, Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach.

Golf: There are a large number of courses available in the area. These range from top notch professional courses to municipal par 3 courses. Prices range according to the facilities. Most are public or semi-private and are available to guests. Even private courses are available (request in advance).
