Moody Cottage Summary

A very versatile home where you feel like you have your own individual cottage. This is one cottage with two units for families to rent. Located just a short walk (350 yds) to beautiful Moody Beach in a family oriented community. Moody Beach is connected to Oqunquit beach and offers a scenic 5 mile round trip walk, fun sand castle building, great boogie boarding waves and at low tide, plenty of space for beach sports. Our West unit has a balcony that overlooks the Rachel Carson Sanctuary and has gorgeous sunset views and great bird watching . It has 4 bedrooms- 3 upstairs and 1 downstairs and 2 bathrooms. It has a new kitchen, hot tub and use of a sit upon kayak. Moody Beach is a family oriented community comprised of just a few streets lined with cottages tucked off of Route one in Wells, Maine. Within a 5 minute drive you have access to nearby restaurants, shops, movie theaters, grocery and drug stores, Laundromats, Ogunquit Village, Perkins Cove, Wells beaches, etc.
