South Padre Island Condo Details
Location, Location, LOCATION: This comfortable and relaxing two bedroom, two bath condo is ideally situated just a block from the beautiful gulf beaches or from the main boulevard with popular nightlife, entertainment, and some of the best dining on the island. It has a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or favorite beverage while relaxing in the island breezes. You can see a bit of the bay by day, breathtaking sunsets at night, and a spectacular view of the entertainment district at night.
Condo Features: Our recently remodeled condo comes with a full kitchen including microwave and a blender for your tropical margaritas. The kitchen includes everything you'd expect, including a washer and dryer. All furnishing are contemporary, including a large white leather couch big enough to sleep on. A high-speed wireless WiFi internet connection is available.
EVERYTHING within WALKING DISTANCE: Two parking spots means you never have to worry about beach parking. You can easily walk to the beach and back to the condo for a snack, lunch, or a dip in the solar-panel heated pool as often as you want. When the sun sets, it is again only a short walk to the bay side for gorgeous sunsets.SORRY, NO PETS and NO SMOKING IN THE CONDO!
