Deposit can be personal check, money order, or travelers check. Credit Cards can be accepted through Paypal, (3% fee applies).
Balance is due in full within 30 days of arrival.
A fee of 25% of the total rent will be charged in case of cancellation. Deposit will be forfeited if not canceled (in writing), prior to 30 days before check-in.
