Modern year-round home with an amazing covered porch and the feeling of 'home'. Great sun room with plenty of windows and skylights; a great place to start your day. Three bedrooms, two on the second floor with an amazing view of the lake, and one bedroom on the main floor. The main floor also has a large kitchen, living room, breakfast nook, sun room, and 3/4 bathroom. Each of the rooms has a queen bed. There is also a eurobed for additional sleeping. The bunk house has a queen bed for additional sleeping arrangements as well. The deck has a picnic table, chairs, and a gas grill for your enjoyment. There is a screen house with table and chairs. There is a dock and kayak for endless summer frolicking. Beech Hill Pond expands over four miles and boasts great boating and fishing; a true paradise.
