Your full balance will be due 30 (60 holidays) days prior to check-in. If you decide to cancel your trip more than 60 days (90 days for Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's and reservations over 14 nights) prior to arrival, your entire deposit will be refunded within 30 days minus a $100 processing fee.
